Self Esteem

“Wanting to be someone else is a waste of the person you are.”
― Marilyn Monroe

Self-esteem refers to a person's beliefs about their own worth and value. It also has to do with the feelings people experience that follow from their sense of worthiness or unworthiness. Self-esteem influences people's choices and decisions. In other words, self-esteem serves a motivational function by making it more or less likely that people will take care of themselves and explore their full potential.

The best way to permanently change your level of self-confidence is to work with the unconscious to release limiting beliefs and install more positive, confident beliefs. In working with people one-on-one and in workshops, the most effective way to do this that I’ve experienced is using Time LIne Therapy® and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
